During the financial year 2023–24, Tathastu Bhava NGO, in collaboration with Rotaract Club Physiotherapy Scholars, organised a Health Care Awareness Programme for children residing in the Kirti Nagar slum area of Chuna Bhatti, Delhi. The initiative aimed to educate children about basic health, hygiene, and healthy daily habits at an early age.
The session focused on simple and practical health guidance, helping children understand the importance of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and preventive care. The interactive format encouraged participation and curiosity among the children, making the learning process engaging and effective.
A team of five volunteers conducted the programme, including the Club President, Ms. Bhavya, Ms. Siya Kumari, and other supporting members who actively engaged with the children and delivered awareness sessions in a friendly and approachable manner.
This initiative contributed to spreading essential health awareness among underprivileged children and reflected the NGO’s continued commitment towards preventive healthcare and child welfare at the community level.
