There are 65 odd kids living in Slum Chunna Bhatti, Kirti Nagar who are being provided elementary education on a regular basis. Such educational support provided by Tathastu Bhava volunteers is of great help to them, because some of them don’t even go to school and none of them can afford tuitions as well. Festive celebrations, drawing competitions, games sessions etc. are also conducted there time to time resulting in their mental as well physical growth.
Tathastu Bhava NGO held a food distribution program for slum Chunna Bhatti area children at centre of NGO in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. This program was held on the completion of four years of Sancheti Bafna& Associates. 120 children were provided with food packets and other study material, ie, notebook, pen, pencil, etc. the distribution of food and other useful items was held on October 1, 2021. This was an initiative to help the children whose families lost their livelihood due to the second wave of Covid.
Study Material Distribution in Slum Chunna Bhatti
The distribution of study materials for underprivileged school children is one of our major initiatives in the project area. We function like a system of support by providing study material to children who are in need. Tathastu Bhava Organisation frequently offers support to children in rural areas with essential stationery and educational materials. We organized a programme to distribute study material to children of Chuna Bhatti on 31st October, 2021 under the guidance of Shakuntala Singh, President of Rotary Club.
Cloth Distribution
Cloth is one of the three basic needs of human beings. But there are people in this world who don’t have this essential need of existence. Tathastu Bhava Organisation is always ready to help those people. In this initiative, we held a programme of cloth donation drive on 14th November, 2021 at Slum Chunna Bhatti area, in the leadership of president of the organization Shri Jitendra Kothari and our Bikaner, Rajasthan branch co-ordinator Sumit Ji Bothra at Kirti Nagar. About 100 clothes were distributed among forty-five children.
Skincare Product Distribution
Every year families in the caring and sharing Christmas program receive their gifts and basic necessities at what we warmly refer to as ‘Distribution Day’. On this wonderful day of Christmas, Tathastu Bhava Organisation distributed skincare products at Slum Chunna Bhatti, Kirti Nagar Delhi. Because Tathastu Bhava’s main motto is “You are blessed, Now bless others”. This work of distribution of skincare products was a gift to slum area women and girls. Nivea moisturizer bottles were shared with sixty women and 30 girls. We spread happiness as those women cannot buy these products due to lack of financial stability. Skincare products are also an essential need in winter season.
